The Southtowns Rural Preservation Company is now accepting applications for financial assistance with needed home repairs.
To be eligible for assistance:
- The home must be owner-occupied
- Property taxes and mortgage must be current
- Homeowners insurance must be current
- Household income must meet Income Limits
- Property must be located in one of the following communities:
Towns of Boston, Brant, Colden, Collins, Concord, Eden, Evans, Holland, North Collins, and Sardinia
Villages of Angola, Farnham, Gowanda, North Collins, and Springville

Boston School Apartments is an apartment community developed for families and individuals making less than 50% of Erie County’s Area Median Income based on household size. Eligible applicants must meet income guidelines and occupant density requirements. The following chart shows the maximum annual income, from all sources in a household, allowed for eligibility.

Apartments are fully carpeted and come with blinds, a stove, and a refrigerator. All units are pre-wired for phone and cable connections. Laundry facilities are located on both the first and second floors. Ample off-street parking and mail delivery is provided. Apartments are individually heated with an efficient natural gas forced air furnace and have its own efficient natural gas hot water tank. Sewer, water, and trash pick-up are included. All other utilities (gas, electric) are the responsibility of the tenant.
